FOOTWEAR POLICIES


  • Manufacturer's warranty varies and applies against defect or breakdown. This warranty is subjected to manufacturer’s approval and all footwear is required to be returned to our office with invoice number/receipts. Our clients should address any defective issue within 2 weeks of delivery date.
  • Exchanges for size or credit are permitted within 1 months from the invoice date providing the footwear has not been modified, worn. A restocking charge of $45 will be applied to all eligible return/exchange items to our clients. Any wear patterns on the sole, scuff marks, wrinkles or over stretching of footwear uppers are not permitted.
  • Footwear must be returned with manufacturer’s insoles, and in its original, unmarked packaging. If footwear returns do not meet the full compliance of conditions for exchange or credit they will be sent back to our direct clients with incurred shipping charges.
  • Footwear exchange must be in same gender and the discrepancy between the footwear size and cast size should not over two sizes range.
  • Special order footwear is not returnable for exchange and is non-refundable including but not limited: women size US9/EU39 or above; men size US7/7.5/EU39 or US 11/EU45 or above; retail price $290 or above.
  • This website solely showcases as an E-catelog for brands and styles that we carry for the current season that suitable for our line of business. Regular online shop policy is not granted to our clients.
